Requirements for Contract Work & CUSTOM Courses:
ALL contracts should indicate deadline DATES AS FOLLOWS:

ALL Computer Courses: 24 Hour Notice Required to CANCEL | Make Sure Your Times & Dates are Right.
{1 free re-schedule at our discretion, otherwise a 50% cancellation fee if less then 24 hours notice.}
Custom Details should be worked out promptly. | Prepare Questions, ask if samples are needed.

TO CANCEL ANY SERVICE CONTRACT REQUIRES 50% PAYMENT of REMAINING BALACE DUE ON CONTRACT, no additional work will be done, or in individual cases, DUE ON CONTRACT may be set to an amout DETERMINED by the two original contracting parties, amount to cancel will never be less then 10%...

ALL contracts should indicate payment DATE those dates are strongly enforced, to ensure reliable client/service provider communication focused towards completing the project.

Payments are due within 3 days of the indicated signed and agreed upon payment dates late fees and penalties may apply..


*ALL Packages, Payments, Correspondence, or Data (either digital or print media) should be sent with Package Tracking/Tracing so that correspondence issues are resolved, by web tracking these items.

On Submitting Corresponding Attachments for layout, a concise layout plan of images, resolution and text should be established, unless all layout design is also contracted to our designers....

Final Delivery Date may be set on an individual contract basis, but should extend no further then within 1 month after ACTUAL Written Deadline.

Any returned check will be charged a fee of 20% or $20 whichever is greater, and future payments can only be made by cashiers check or money order only.
