i have creative, and intellectual skills beyond what is written here, want to know more ask: adobeinstructor@indifference.com

Wil Ortiz has been working in technical engineering projects and computer statistical analysis since 1993. He is currently the editor for Impact Multimedia Publishing, indifference.com, a print, design and web publishing/training company in San Francisco, California.

Wil has a degree in Industrial Engineering from New Mexico State University. In addition to teaching computer code courses at indifference.com, Wil also teachers for ciber.com as a Macromedia Certified Instructor. While experiencing many successful projects, as well as failures during the dot com boom and deflation of the early 2000's in the Silicon Valley the most important facet that he hopes to share from this experience, is to narrow the knowledge gap between those who develop with the technology, and those who want to use it. By doing this we immediately provide more effective communication channels in times of critical decision making needs.

Computers are not magical, they are controlled and structured tools that require insight, and careful planning before and during project development. When using them, we should not find frustration but hopefully we can find time to enjoy them, knowing that our work consists of trying to make the world an easier less chaotic place to live. To travel this road, you must remember the importance in knowing the details of your tools and project needs so that you may structure a more useful and catering workspace. With these lessons, Wil hope to share from his experiences and provide a focused view of benefits of using web application development in conjunction with operations research and productivity Improvement; what a beautiful journey to go from conscious incompetence to unconscious competence. Think about it.

The future looks exciting for artistic technology; Wil hope's to meet many new technical people throughout the world as a result of this book, looking for new creative web media and e-commerce solutions. He will continue to write his fiction novels, and expand his creative graphic and animation artist database at indifference.com; publishing more art books and color magazines while continuing to schedule courses and seminars on technology, not just in the Silicon Valley but expanding throughout the entire United States and International Community.

Wil's students include employees of: Robertson Stephens, AutoDesk, CCBN.com, Pixar, Ford Graphics, Farella Braun + Martel LLP, GE Capitol, Zurich, New Mexico Environment Department, Integrated Device Technology, Innovant, Gap, McKesson, World Affairs Council, Cypress Semiconductors, Berkeley Training, Inktomi and ciber.com.

Wil's course topics include: Digital Video, Building Servers, Audio and CD ROM Production, GIS, GPS & DATABASE DEVELOPMENT, ODBC SQL & ASP primarily in ULTRADEV 4.0 or Dreamweaver MX, DREAMWEAVER & FIREWORKS Integration, EXCEL ANOVA, STATISTICAL ANALYSIS, ACCESS and DSN, JAVASCRIPT, HTML, CSS, & XML.

Wil's consulting and technical project management has included private and public corporations including: Sandia National Labs, Raytheon, MTV, Motorola, CTS Ceramics, NMSU Vehicle Detection Clearinghouse, M2, TV-Online, Education Express, Federal Aviation Administration - Tech Center, Department of Transportation, E-systems Greenville, and the University Of New Mexico School Of Medicine.

His awards and conference presentations include: infoUSA Heartland Conference on Free Enterprise, National Student Leadership Program, HNIP Alumni Association, AMP, SHPE, NM Mesa, Society of American Military Engineers, AHCC, SHPE, FRA, SCAGA, NM Elks Association, American Vacuum Society and Department of Energy, commUNITY in Diversity NM CGLRNM/SUMMIT, EPA Border GIS.
